SPECIALTY
Dr. Milton Owens has been in practice of Bariatric Medicine since 1974. Dr. Owens is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and Medical Board of California. Dr. Owens is Chief of Surgery at Chapman Medical Center. He specializes in bariatric and general/abdominal surgery for people suffering from morbid obesity.
